 Dr. Sameer Gautam holds a PhD from the prestigious Forest Research Institute, in collaboration with the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun. His doctoral research focused on the valuation of ecosystem services at Harike Wildlife Sanctuary in Punjab, reflecting a deep commitment to understanding and preserving natural ecosystems. He also earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Delhi, specializing in Nature Education and Wildlife studies.

With over four years of experience as a Nature Education Officer at the Yamuna Biodiversity Park, University of Delhi, Sameer has extensive expertise in environmental education and conservation. He is skilled in designing and implementing experiential learning modules that engage both teachers and students, nurturing a meaningful connection with nature. His collaborative work with leading schools such as Heritage Xperiential Learning School, DPS Surat, Fountain Head School, and Bombay International School speaks to his ability to tailor immersive programs that align with academic goals and foster hands-on environmental learning.

Sameer’s academic contributions include peer-reviewed publications in international journals on ethnobotany and habitat ecology, highlighting his research on the intricate relationships between plants, people, and ecosystems. At NeoNatureLabs, he leverages this blend of research excellence and practical experience to develop innovative, impactful experiential learning services that inspire environmental stewardship and holistic education.

Ms. Prerna Sharma is a seasoned wildlife biologist with over a decade of experience dedicated to conservation and research across India’s diverse ecosystems. She has contributed her expertise to renowned organizations such as the Wildlife Institute of India and WWF-India, with a special focus on the critically endangered Great Indian Bustard. Through her work, Prerna has raised awareness of this species’ plight and helped develop effective conservation strategies to ensure its survival.

In addition to her fieldwork, Prerna has collaborated closely with the State Biodiversity Board of Rajasthan, Tinsa Ecological Foundation, and SMEW Ecological Solutions Pvt. Ltd. broadening her knowledge in regional biodiversity conservation and sustainable ecosystem management. Her skill set includes designing and implementing conservation initiatives that promote coexistence between humans and wildlife while safeguarding fragile habitats. The experience also helped her to develop illustrations & journal based learning modules. 

At NeoNatureLab, Prerna applies her extensive conservation experience to the design and facilitation of experiential learning programs for schools and colleges. She is passionate about inspiring students to connect deeply with nature and fostering an informed, responsible approach to wildlife and environmental stewardship.
